CERAWeek delegates can use the Westin Galleria & Oaks web site to book, modify, or cancel a reservation. CERA has negotiated a special rate of $US280.00 per night at the Westin Galleria & Oaks. Please be sure to ask for the CERA rate when making your reservation. The "cut-off date" for accepting reservations into the CERA guest room block is January 30, 2009. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m.Central Standard Time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel's prevailing rate, based on availability.

Intercontinental Hotel
Delegates should contact the InterContinental Hotel directly to arrange hotel accommodations. CERA has reserved a block of rooms for participants. Please be sure to ask for the CERA rate when making your reservation.

Security Advisory

CERAWeek photo ID badges will be used to identify all delegates on-site in Houston. Each delegate is required to present photo identification when registering on site in Houston. We encourage all delegates to pre-register for CERAWeek 2009 to help expedite the credentialing process on-site in Houston. The security of all CERAWeek delegates is of primary concern to CERA. Uniformed and plain clothes security officers will monitor the entire conference venue during the course of the event.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary on an event or CERAWeek Enrollment Form, CERA does not provide refunds for event seats purchased. Delegates who purchase event seats may send a substitute colleague from within the same organization to attend the event. CERA reserves the right to refuse attendance to the event to substitutions who have not been authorized by CERA. You agree to provide CERA with written notification of the name of the substitute. Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event. CERA reserves the right to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates. Only if CERA cancels the event, shall You be entitled to a refund. CERA accepts no other liability, if, for whatever reason, the event does not take place.
