Substitutions and Cancellations Policy: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary on a CERA event Application or Enrollment Form, CERA does not provide refunds for event seats purchased. Delegates or Clients who purchase event seats may send a substitute colleague from within the same organization to attend the event. Delegate or Client agrees to provide CERA with written notification of the name(s) of the substitute(s). CERA reserves the right to refuse attendance to the event to substitutions who have not been authorized by CERA. Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event. CERA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates, at any time, for any reason. If CERA cancels the event, Delegate or Client will be entitled to receive a refund. CERA accepts no other liability if, for whatever reason, the event does not take place. This Agreement or the event may be terminated upon 30-days prior written notice by either party for material breach of this Agreement by the other party, unless such breach is cured in such 30-day period.

Please note: Your CERAWeek seat is not transferable after you have registered on-site in Houston.

* All Executive Conference Pass holders will be invited to participate in one CERAWeek Summit or Workshop held on Monday, February 9, 2009 (event invitation to be determined by CERA).

Registration fee includes: attendance at the CERAWeek Executive Conference Plenaries, Critical Issues Forums, breakfasts and conference-wide meals and receptions.
