Purchase Multiple Executive Conference Passes
If you would like to purchase multiple Passes to CERAWEEK 2008 (individual registration not required at this time), please print out this enrollment form (PDF) and return by fax to: CERAWEEK Registration at +1 617 866 5901. (This will complete the process of pass purchase. Individual registrations can be done at a later date).

Substitutions and Cancellations Policy:

Delegates who purchase event seats may send a substitute colleague from within the same organization to attend the event prior to arriving on-site at the hotel in Houston. CERA reserves the right to refuse attendance to the event to substitutions who have not been authorized by CERA. You agree to provide CERA with written notification of the name of the substitute. Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event.

Please note: Your CERAWeek seat is not transferable after you have registered on-site in Houston.

CERA reserves the right to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates. Only if CERA cancels the event, shall You be entitled to a refund. CERA accepts no other liability if, for whatever reason, the event does not take place.

Executive Conference Pass:

• All four days
• Any three-day combination
• Any two non-consecutive days

Two-Day Pass:

• Valid any two consecutive days Tuesday through Friday
  

Registration fee includes: attendance at the CERAWeek Executive Conference Plenaries, Critical Issues Forums, breakfasts and conference-wide meals and receptions.
